@Opera_North La Traviata my first Opera experience as a Musical kind of girl I have to say this was simply fantastic ! Opera is truly powerful, emotive, and simplistic all together.

#ONTraviata Fantastic music, excellent performances, smart staging. Great introduction to an opera I’ve never seen before @Opera_North @GrandTheatreLS1

Alison’s performance utterly broke my heart (in the best possible way)! The supporting cast and musicians were excellent too. I’m still emotionally processing what I saw and heard! For now, I’m lost for words ❣️

I was delighted to see #ONTraviata on Saturday. A magnificent evening. Fascinating staging, subtle playing by the orchestra, brilliant performaces by Nico Darmanin, Damiano Salerno and, above all, Alison Langer as Violetta. One of our best ever opera performances.

Took my mum to see La Traviata, by @Opera_North last night. I was wondering if we would be moved to tears like Vivian from Pretty Woman was. We were. My mum let out a couple of whoops she couldn’t contain, which appeared to be frowned upon ?

Went last night, I loved all of it, beautiful voices, great stage settings, just beautiful music.

Don’t tell anyone, but I might just have cried at the end! The reception was the least we could do after such a superb performance

Well @Opera_North gave me chills with their La traviata tonight. Those scary figures in the background of the third act are going to haunt my nightmares! Thanks for sending me @GeorgeHallMusic, great show

Great staging and stella cast. Very clever Violetta not being alone as she wrestled on whether to say yes to Alfredo. @AliLanger was incredible (I had tears that were still going during the interval) Giorgio Germont was fantastic, he gave that role a new dimension for me. Bravo
