Following their recent sold-out supper club event, Kino is delighted to reveal that the award-winning Levantine-inspired MorMor will be taking up a kitchen residency at the new restaurant from September 14th until the new year.

MorMor will be the first of longer-term kitchen residencies and guest chefs to take over the impressive kitchen space at our brand new city centre restaurant. Kino opened to the public earlier this month showcasing an informal charcuterie and cheese offering.
MorMor’s food offer is inspired by a love of the varied flavours and cultures found in the Levant – a crossroads of western Asia, the eastern Mediterranean and North-East Africa. Their unique contemporary dishes were teased at their supper club last weekend with dishes such as soft shell crab, chicken shish tawook with grilled lombardi and grilled aubergine with date and dukkah crumb and tahini yoghurt.
Kino has also just announced its first tasting events with a changing selection of specialist partners, which will become regular features for the restaurant. Each evening will include three cheese boards chosen by Chapel Allerton’s award-winning George & Joseph, with charcuterie* and accompaniments. Each one will be paired with a specially selected drink:
