Everyone at Opera North – trustees, staff and performers – is deeply saddened at the news of the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
Her concern for the cohesion and well-being of our nation and her keen support for music and the arts has underpinned her long reign and we commemorate and celebrate a life of faithfulness and service.
We send our condolences and thoughts to all members of the Royal Family.
