Talent Development Manager

An opportunity has arisen within the Learning & Engagement team for a Talent Development Manager. Responsible for the operational management of Opera North Talent Development activity, the post holder will ensure effective management of the various programmes of work and a high-quality offer to all stakeholders which meets programme aims.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of project management and sector specific experience of managing or supporting professional artists and of overseeing the artistic direction of projects. This post is subject to enhanced DBS clearance.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
