Big Sing: The Water Diviner’s Tale

Commencing with a teacher CPD workshop led by Opera North choral delivery staff, schools will learn song repertoire from Rachel Portman’s arrangement of the piece The Water Diviner’s Tale in preparation for a final performance with other local schools, accompanied by professional soloists and the Orchestra of Opera North.

Each school will have vocal workshops led by Opera North choral delivery artists, and teachers will receive music learning resources which can be used in the classroom to assist the learning process. We would recommend this project for Y4–7 pupils.
